About Us

Dr. Achala is a general dentist with more than 20 years of experience in dentistry. She graduated from India (Mumbai University) in 2005 and has been practicing in Gold Coast for the past 15 years. She acquired Paradise Smiles Dental Surgery in 2016 and has since been passionately involved in growing the practice. Achala has vast experience working with all age groups. Her gentle and caring attitude is welcomed by her patients and is beneficial to those with high anxiety in relation to dental treatment. She practices all aspects of general dentistry which includes preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments like tooth-coloured fillings, veneers, crowns and bridges, teeth whitening, mouth guards, scale and polish and minor orthodontic corrections with Invisalign.

Eleese grew up on the Gold Coast and graduated from Griffith University with a bachelor's degree in dentistry. She has worked in Brisbane and Gold Coast to accumulate a wealth of experience. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, with a particular interest in surgical procedures and dental implants. Eleese understands that dental visits can be uncomfortable for some patients and strives to provide a comforting and enjoyable experience with her gentle approach.
